The project ties together all sites through a fiber infrastructure with wireless capabilities throughout. Providing overall assistance with full site and hotel communications services evaluations and project management.

Ongoing System selection, budget assistance, cable plant engineering, conduit, engineering, and implementation of projects in Las Vegas, Orlando, Marco Island, and Miami Beach, for time share and sales facilities.
Resort Consulting Inc. (RCI)
System selection, budget assistance, engineering, and implementation of their Las Vegas facility. The project included the phone system, voice mail, cabling (both voice and data), environmental engineering and software.
American Veterinary Medical Association
Planned and coordinated all telecommunications related issues for the Headquarters relocation including data network design and implementation of a ROLM PBX with Phone Mail. Provide ongoing telecommunications management, such as T-1, call accounting and tenant administration.

Performed detailed financial analysis and provided a communications budgets. Designed, selected, and implemented an integrated voice and data network, switched voice and data access, and six headquarters to branch dedicated circuits.
Provided bid specifications and project management for the contractor that cabled and installed 7,600 phone locations for Sears’ new corporate headquarters.

Conducted a detailed analysis of the cost-efficiency and technical feasibility of implementing “Branch-to-Headquarters” voice service over their existing 313-site V-Sat data network. Conducted an analysis of all local services at 40 branch locations, identified savings opportunities and provided implementation plans for cost-saving changes. Provide project management on an as needs basis for branch activities.
