Introduction
TelSystems Communications Corporation has developed an exclusive front end approach to effectively solving various types of community’s telecommunication and technology programs. This approach, unlike others, consists of extremely detailed analysis of multiple components that affect the successful implementation a holistic technology solution. This includes: terrain analysis (site topology), intended project use, costs, existing technology infrastructure, regulatory issues (federal, state and local), potential business opportunities, budgeting, engineering design and solution subsets. The result is an analysis that provides the foundation for a fully integrated community technology solution – the “Community Technology Master Plan”
The purpose of the following phase outlines is to describe the information that will be gathered, the order and process normally followed to gather this data, and the deliverables resulting from the analysis of the data. The documents also describe additional services that can be engaged such as project management and on-going service management.
Most, if not all, phases and sections of phases can be directed or assigned individually. Some would require minor interaction with adjacent sections to properly complete. The goal is to work through the appropriate responsibilities to accomplish mutually agreed upon objectives set by TelSystems and Developer / Owner / Client.
Note: This document is meant to be a template and will be modified to meet the unique requirements for each engagement.
